I designed this to correctly fit the RF Design RFD900 radios. I have designed an enclosed version and a lightweight of the base so that you can make it as light as possible if required. If you print at a layer height of 0.2 it should be a nice clean print and everything should fit together. The internals have a 0.2 tolerance so they clip together nicely without post processing. Hopefully this works for you too. I have made the holes 1.3mm so that a standard 1.7mm screw can screw in and hold the sides together without the need for threading.
