Continue to rotate the spring for installing the spring to the holes in the inner tube. 4. Rotating spring reversely, until the inner tube is tightly attached to the outer tube, the inner tube should be a little bit to the left. 5. Mount the pin. 6. Pull the inner tube a little bit out, mount the safety latch. 7. Adjust the handle, then cut the rest of spring in cover's end, put the end of spring into the hole on cover.
