Rick's Portal Gun

So, for a while now I wanted a portal gun from “Rick and Morty”, because, let’s be real, who doesn’t? I started searching Amazon to purchase one and to my surprise they weren’t any decent replicas, the one that Adult Swim endorses doesn’t look much like the one on the show. So, I focus on designs on Thingiverse. I found better results! In particular this guy https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1045661. However, after downloading and printing the design I found that firs the parts where all combine on the same file which reduces my ability to printed other than a large printer, luckily, I have access to one. second problem, the replica is just too small, like 30% smaller than it should be. So, my reaction was simple, F***it I’m making my own. Credit to the guy above because the general dimensions a proportion for my design where taken from his original one but enlarge by around 30%, plus the strip on the top cover where really nice addition. Another modification that I made is that the design is hollow so electronics can fit inside. Hence the screw holes and the inserts hole in the main body and the other perforation for a rotatory encoder and an on/off switch.
