Ridgid 2.5" Vacuum Hose Connectors

<p>One of the biggest complaints in the woodworking shopvac world seems to be hoses, connectors and adapters.</p> <p>My dad wanted a set of connectors for his 2.5" setup, and this is the result.</p> <p>Ridgid hoses have stupid sizes. And they don't fit with rockler, or shopvac, or even their own hoses. Home depot has zero useful info on their website and their own accessories are junk.</p> <p>Here's the solution!</p> <p>A male hose connector end has a tapered, 57.2 - 58mm OD.</p> <p>A female hose receptacle (on a tool) has a 57.9mm ID.</p> <p>Ridgid 2.5" hoses have a 51.5mm minimum ID with corrugations which are larger.</p> <p>In this set:</p> <p>Male to male hose connector (for connecting two bare hoses with no fittings)</p> <p>Female to female hose connector (for connecting two hoses with fittings)</p> <p>Hose to female connector</p> <p>Hose to male connector</p> <p>Also: a 40mm OD to female adapter for a Ryobi sliding miter saw.</p> Category: Tools
