I need an adapter, so I printed one. It's a very tight fit on both the vacuum and the miter saw, though they are not going anywhere. I used some paracord to support the vacuum hose, just to lessen the chance the hose will pop off. Printed with 10% infill, a .6mm nozzle, and .35mm layer height, and supports on the inside.
