Tool for Rifling a Barrel using Single Point Cut Rifling Method. This particular one is for .22 but the principle is the same for all small caliber Barrels. Please not that the Thread feature is stripped off during the IGES conversion. Threads used are ISO M4 for the Adjustment Screw and ISO M2 for the Set Screws. This design lacks a retrieving connection between the wedge bit and the adjustment screw. That means it must be reset to zero in a somewhat inconvenient way, however it greatly simplifyes the design. 30-50 Cuts per Groove is a good practice.
