Rigel Quickfinder base

Rigel Quickfinder base

This is a base for a Rigel Quickfinder telescope view finder. If you're into astronomy, you probably know what that is. If you buy and sell scopes you will eventually forget to remove your base (at least I do) before selling. Or maybe your herd is growing. This base fits my Rigel snugly. I'm working right now on a version that will fit a little less snugly. If you have a very large or very small aperture scope, you can edit the file to adjust the diagonal of the feet. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Infill: 60% Notes: I printed it upside down. No rafts, with support. When finished I had to use a chisel to gently get the supports out of the indented rectangle where the Rigel itself sits. I'm wondering if the indent is even necessary (and will probably make one soon that is just flat across the top).
