What if puberty made your skin change colors? That’s exactly what happens to Riggenbach’s reed frogs. These frogs get their colors from specialized cells called chromatophores. As the frogs mature, hormones trigger a radical reorginization of these cells in females(and some males). Diet is Small invertebrates.
