Joke watch face reading "RIGHT NOW" Its 35mm in diameter and 4mm thick, in retrospect the text didn't need to be 2mm tall but you live and you learn. It fits perfectly in an old, super-cheap watch I bought long ago, if it doesn't fit yours I'd highly encourage you to design your own. Its a very simple 3d modeling project, just a circle with some raised text. I used Fusion 360 but I'm sure you could make this in most any 3d modeling software.
