This is just a modified version of the wallet uploaded by Lexvd1. Edits: Made the back and front plates thicker, to make the wallet more rigid. Removed the screw holes on the front and back plates - wallet will need to be glued together. Because i removed the screws, the hinge is now part of the back plate, make sure you print this with enough infill. The lever should move quite freely, thus the hinge doesnt need to take too much strain. i thought it might be weak, but mine is working perfect. Notes on glueing: pay attention to the screw holes on the wallet frame - this is the only places where the glue needs to be placed - the frame has two parts that act as a spring - do not glue the spring mechanism down - the first one is clear (the round spring) the second is on the side where the lever goes - this needs to be loose as it is pushed out and pushes the lever back in. it is much easier to glue the frame to the front plate in order to get the position correct - due to how it was modeled, the front plate position is cut into the frame. the same goes for the lever stop. it would be a guessing game if you tried to glue it to the back. I made small "screw" markers on the back plate, so that it is easy to align and place in the correct position of the frame. Printing: I printed this at 0.2 layer height - i wouldn't recommend higher. I printed this without supports without any issues, that said the model does have some overhangs on the Frame and Lever stop, if you are unsure if your printer can handle these overhangs then i suggest you use supports. Then just a thank you to Lexvd1 for the original model and great work.
