Rigidbot Filament Guide
thingiverse
This is a precision guide that attaches securely to the Rigidbot frame. The filament flows smoothly through an enclosed PTFE tube, preventing spills and tangles that can ruin the print. Print Settings Printer: Rigidbot Regular Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 20% Post-Printing Insert a 2 mm ID/4 mm OD Teflon tube, similar to the one used in the E3D V6, into the hollow tube with about 1 cm excess at each end. When loading, guide the filament through the PTFE tube then attach it securely onto the frame. I designed this model using Fusion360, a versatile software that allows me to refine dimensions and make adjustments without starting over from scratch.
