This mount is engineered to complement the Sparkfun blower: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11270 perfectly, offering an effective way to enhance printing performance. Even though this blower may be more powerful than necessary, pairing two of them in series with 12V delivers astonishing results. However, these fans can also decrease the size of your X axis, so it is highly recommended to start with one mount even if you are utilizing dual extruders. My ongoing development aims to create a version that spans over the X rods, further improving the setup's overall efficiency. To date, both mounts and nozzles have been printed successfully without any support materials being needed. When paired with desk fans for cooling purposes, you can achieve satisfactory overhangs. For simple mounting solutions, the nozzle should fit neatly into the mount with a satisfying snap (requiring possibly some effort) and the blower itself glides effortlessly into place, secured in position by zip ties or screws. Finally, the mount conveniently attaches to existing screws located on the side of the extruder.
