I couldn't find a suitable extruder mount to use the E3d titan extruder with the V6 and volcano hotend. So I just made one. This mount comes equipped with everything you will ever need for your hotend. It comes with Z-sensor probe mount, Cooling fan mount, halo light mount for hotend and layer cooling fan mount. I recommend printing everything in ABS or better. There is a rectangle piece that is for the belt connector. I left it by itself because depending on what you use to connect your belt you may need it. Its one big file with all the models inside but i recommend you print the parts one at a time. The models are in the best orientation for printing. The cooling fan is very snug but it works and stays in place perfectly. The layer cooling fan may need to be shaved down by its snap connectors. The screws needed for the layer cooling fan are m3 x 16mm. The light is held in place by 2 small zip ties, The screws needed are the same ones found on the printer. I salvaged them from various parts of the printer. The 4 screws that hold the motor to the platform come from the old bearing mount along with the 2 screws that hold the light in place. The 2 screws that hold the z-probe come from the plastic panel on the side of the frame. The screws that hold the 40 mm fan come from the original extruder i believe. For the z-sensor probe i changed the offset code to this define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 11 define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -44 This is fairly close and is a good starting point should you want to adjust. Also changed the 4 probing sections define LEFT_PROBE_BED_POSITION 50 define RIGHT_PROBE_BED_POSITION 190 define BACK_PROBE_BED_POSITION 170 define FRONT_PROBE_BED_POSITION 50 I remixed from these other models Cooling fanhttp://www.thingiverse.com/thing:988310 Extruder/hotend mounthttp://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1522911 bearing mountshttp://www.thingiverse.com/thing:430288 The platform supports this adjustable belt connectorhttp://www.thingiverse.com/thing:793499 This is the halo light i usedhttps://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/led-headlight-accent-lights/led-angel-eye-headlight-accent-lights-cob/2797/ Part number: AE60-CWCOB Color: Cool White Final word: Yes i know it takes away from some of the Z print area but how often are you printing all the way to the top? As with most models this is still a work in progress but functional. As far as the wires go i just zip tied them around the motor. UPDATE #1 - Updated the layer cooling model. its less of a hack job and more of a solid piece. It was also shortened a bit and angled. The clips on it were also spaced a bit more too. Update #2 - The z sensor probe mount has been updated. You just have to reprint the z sensor mount not anything else. The first one was a little flimsy. Print with support and 100% infill. Use longer screws to hold it in place. Its very snug, and meant to be, when putting in place. Update #3 - I revamped the whole design and made it more modular with everything fitting better. The redesign was for easier assembly and disassembly, better fit with parts and simpler design. There are are a few more screws needed for this as well. However I have yet to try and print it so use at your own risk. The new experimental .stl is called X2
