Rigidbot Tool Holder - RB1 and RB2
thingiverse
This is a simple tool holder clip for hex wrenches used on Rigidbot printers that helps me keep track of them. The tool bracket will fit snug but be easily removable and not slide down the support rail on its own. Two STL files are included, one for the original Rigidbot printer and another for the Rigidbot 2, with the main difference being that the Rigidbot clip has smooth inside walls while the Rigidbot 2 has a small vertical bump fitting into the support rail slot. I have now added a version for RB3 Aluminum rails, which is a close tolerance fit to the rail shape and will also fit on an RB2. You can find a similar close tolerance design for the RB1's steel rails as well. Depending on the corner radius of your 3/4" rails, these may or may not fit on other standard rails, so the versions with square inside corners are left here to make this tool holder more universally adaptable. The files are Cura scaled and oriented for printing. Print Settings: Printer - Rigidbot 2; Rafts - No; Supports - No; Resolution - 0.10 mm; Infill - 24%. Notes: Use calibrated filament for printing this part, as I do with the calibration clips found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1037301
