I recently purchased a Rikon 10-3061 and the top plastic cap had broken clips and would not stay in place. I called the vendor and they told me they'd get a replacement cap ordered. In the meantime I broke out my digital caliper, did some measurements, and cooked this up. It fits nice and snug and I'm very happy with the final product. In the meantime, I'm still waiting for that replacement cap.
