I was tired of the hooks coming off the side of my Ikea Rimforsa island when removing things from them. This is only my second design. You have to pull the drawer out and attach the hook stop from underneath so it curves under the stainless steel lip. So far they have stayed in place. No special instructions, printed with skirt place flat with opening at the top, printed perfectly with printer defaults
