Ring 3 Video Doorbell 3 Plus Mounting Plate

Here's my custom design for the Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus. I couldn't find anything that matched my front door's trim profile, so I tinkered with a few different profiles and came up with two that worked very well. I ended up using the thinner profile, which you can see has been painted to match in the provided photos, but I'm providing both so that you all can experiment with on your own. Both files do not have the holes for securing the doorbell designed in for flexibility in your particular install. The thick plate has been designed with a more beefy and solid feel to use with trim that has a more shallow profile. Additionally, for flexibility, the cabling hole for the doorbell has been omitted for customization. This plate can be printed using low to moderate infill, but I recommend as much as possible (as close to 50% as you can tolerate for rigidity purposes). The thin plate has been designed for trim with a much wider profile and has a 30 mm hole centered directly over the doorbells' wiring posts. With this print, don't skimp on infill - I found that no less than 50% was needed to provide adequate density to withstand drilling the mounting holes without cracking the plate (65% worked great for me).
