This for sanding wooden & epoxy rings and is powered by an inexpensive Central Machinery 43533 Bench Grinder With Flex Shaft. It has a quick release on the right holder so rings can be changed out quickly (secure with any 2mm rod or hex key) The two grooves along the shaft are for inserting the ends of sandpaper for sanding the inside of rings. (Use an O-Ring to hold the ring steady on the tapered shaft while sanding) Uses two 608RS bearings, although you can also print those if you prefer
