One day I found a broken door handle of a Rittal cabinet on site. I made it in FreeCAD and printed out. Take care of the direction of that metal piece. Heat it up and insert (let it melding the PLA) carefuly into its place. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa I3 Mendel Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0,3 Infill: 100% Notes: Place the piece upside down onto the table for less support area. You can save PLA and time. I made it as it is within 1 hour and 10 minutes. It took 8 meters. I am using CURA.
