UPDATE 12/11/2018- Files are confirmed as fitting and working!! Some changes have been made since the original but hardware remains the same for screw size (M2 Countersunk ) if you do choose to use a different type like button-head let me know how it goes! NEW FILE- Name Plate Designed to fit into the section on the left body-plate, can be left blank but its there for you to put your own logo/name/design for customization! Muzzle details added. UPDATE 6/11/2018 - On the basis of feedback I have simplified the design of the muzzle adapter and made the connection between it and the Inner hand grip much more simple. Added tolerances in of 0.5-1mm to ease onto the blaster better, bottom connector will be added after testing to make sure lengths are correct. UPDATE 3/11/2018 - V2 Files for the front, hand grip, sides and handle connector 1st stage prototype kit for the Nerf Rival Zeus Blaster, I have been working on this for a few weeks now as a passion project and this for now is the 1st full prototype. The kit is designed to be held together by M2 countersunk screws (4-8mm,2x25mm and 2x20mm), I have tried my best to make it as material friendly as possible while still hopefully retaining enough strength to withstand play. All parts have a fairly obvious side that's designed to be on the printer floor, and it should be fine to print in PLA, although I do not have a printer to test this. If anyone does wish to test this and would give me feedback so I can alter the design to better fit that would be a huge help for future modelling! Quick (theoretical) Set up 1- Remove the blasters front iron sight and bar that holds it. 2- Slide on the front "Barrel" Attachment 3- Secure it with the top pin (near where the iron sight was located) and lock in with a M2 Countersunk screw (4-8mm should work fine) 4-Attach the slider part to the inner grip section with 2 x 25-30mm M2 Countersunk screws 5-Side the grip on and secure with one 4mm screw via the front of the barrel 6-Attach the left and right grip panels using 4-8mm Screws 7-Slide in the bottom connector and connect via side rails using 8mm screw the parts 8-Remove 2 lowest screws on the blasters handle 9-Slide on the handle connector and use the 25mm screws to secure the part onto the handle 10-Screw the handle connector to the bottom connector using 4mm or 8mm countersunk screws NOTE-Some parts may require minor sanding , however I hope my measurements are accurate enough that they shouldn't. NOTE #2 - Assembly file IS NOT for printing, its just to show the assembled parts Note#3- Apologies for the weird image, I had screenshot it but I have no idea why it came out the way it did
