Rob's Bathtub Wine Holder (parametric)

This is clearly a re-work of downmoney (Michael Lotkowski)'s [Bathtub Wine Holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2753430), this version in OpenSCAD with MakerBot Customizer controls. The original version didn't fit my tub, which I attributed to the tub wall thickness and inside angle, however in testing my client preferred an installation and orientation I had not intended. I therefore added more variables to meet the new requirements. For my local installation I used: `tub_Wall_Thick=60; tub_Wall_Angle_1=10; tub_Wall_Angle_2=0; stem_Slot=14; glass_Angle=10; glass_Offset=-30; flip=true;` The default version supplied here is just flat; our own instance angles it up a bit to get the foot out of the water. I also added parameters 'test' and 'testDepth' to generate just a slice for checking the fit before printing the final model. Uses Anaximandro de Godinho's [CubeX code](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:112008). You may find it prints better on its side depending on your options and printer. Updated 06 April 2018 to make the stem hole where the glass sits a separate parameter from the stem slot.
