This is the articulation System fitting for the formals robbe dolly rc modelboat kit. To complete this some more things are needed: A Modul 0.5 double gear with 10 and 26 teeth and a Modul 0.5 gear with 10 and 18 teeth. (both can be found in sets like https://www.banggood.com/75-Type-Plastic-Crown-Gear-Single-Double-Reduction-Gear-Worm-Gear-p-961920.html?rmmds=detail-top-buytogether-auto&cur_warehouse=CN) also a gear rack is needed (I used the 28160100 from www.maedler.de) Additional 2 messing pipes are needed. 1 is a outer diameter 2mm used as axle and a 3mm outer and 2.1mm inner diameter pipe as bearing. Than a micro servo is needed and a 1mm diameter stainless steel to connect the servo-arm with the gear rack. The connection at the servo schould be around 7.5 to 8 mm from the center to get the 12mm lift needed for 2 turns of the steering wheel. After completion (2 self tapping screws are needed to fit the halfes together, they schould have 3mm diameter and 5mm length additional the head) the unit could be pushed into the deck unit of the kit (the wheel mounting hole schould be 2.5mm at least!) it's designed to fit without glue. so a removal for maintenance is possible.
