Robbie is a classic robot from one of my favourite science fiction movies, "Forbidden Planet". I've printed and painted 3 versions and tried to make the helmet as transparent as possible using translucent PLA. Instructions This time, I've provide STL files that don't need any scaling or change of orientation when you print. No supports are needed but rafts are highly recommended, especially for the helmet. I printed these on a MakerBot Replicator 2 using PLA. If you can, use translucent PLA for the helmet and mouth. I used standard resolution for every part except the antennae which used high resolution. After printing, paint and glue together!
