Robinson Auto Twist Lock

This system allows auto lock between containers using a weight activation mechanism that makes the lower lock twist when the container is lowered on top of another one. The idea requires that the system is previously attached to the bottom corner of the container. This project does not require any external intervention for lock or un-lock procedure, and weights around the same as other semi-automatic twist lock (~5,5Kg). Another great advantage of the design is that trough 4 screws it allows an easy access to all interior components for easy maintenance.
