Roblox Prison Life Playset - Cell

Hey all you Makers! So my 7 year old son is a huge fan of the Roblox game called Prison Life. I decided to design a playset of that game, scaled to the store bought toy figures. Personally I am printing the characters but if you get those figures, they'll be spot on for this playset. He is very hard on his toys, so I over engineered it. I've included connector pins to attach the walls together and the walls to the floor. All of them are properly labelled and the amount needed per part is included in the stl file name (e.g. Print 10x) I made the bed, toilet, sink, window bars, door, table and chairs all seperate prints. This will allow you to get the best print quality, and make it easier to paint. For my sink, I added some model train fake water resin, to make it look like water. I wouldn't suggest using that for the toilet water though, because in the game the sink and the toilet water are two seperate colours of blue. I am printing each part at 1.5 wall thickness with 20% infill just to be safe. You'll notice a slot at the top of the front wall, above the window. This extends to just below the bottom window sill and is 1.5mm deep. I added this so you can slide a piece of 1mm thick plastic - 35mm wide x 60mm high. A good plastic to use for this is an overhead projector transparency. You could also run the plastic all the way to the top, so if it gets scratched in the future, it will be easy to remove and replace. The door has two holes to put pins in, which are labelled and included in the stls. Assemble the walls first and before you attach the floor to the walls, place the door and guide the pins through the hole in the front wall. Then guide the bottom pin into the small floor hole. This will allow the door to swing open and closed. Also paint the mattress before you epoxy it onto the bed frame. Saves masking the area. Hope you enjoy this design.
