I moved the fan to the back side to adjust for X and Z movements. May want to increase the infill and make sure your bridging is excellent. My first print of this the baffling inside didn't print well but its still usable. I also added some supports on the inside of the duct that surrounds the hot end as mine had warping after long use - I printed mine in PLA so maybe ABS would be a better option.
