Robo 3D Bowden Hex Mount

Robo 3D Bowden Hex Mount

thingiverse

This is a mount that I'm using to switch my Robo 3D to Bowden. The original stl came from user mkelly and is linked below. I took his file and modified it until I could get it to work for my hex, which seems to be just slightly bigger than the J-Head he was using. NOTE: Print in the orientation they are uploaded in. While it looks like it would make more sense to print them laying down, the support material messes with the ability to attach the hot end. BoM: 2x M3 nuts 2x M3x30mm bolts (25mm might work) 1x M6 Bowden Adapter (Doesn't connect to the printed part, but it is necessary to have) 2x M4 nuts (I used the stock ones from the Robo) 2x M4x15mm bolts (I used the stock ones from the Robo)
