The model is designed to print in one piece then the joints broken loose with what should be just little blobs of plastic. It is a real test of the calibration, cleanness and precision of your 3D printer. I had to take it apart to print the parts, still showing some blobbiness from my system. The all in one model is from moving the parts back into place and may not be totally precise, check before printing. Also found the normals were flipped plus multiple parts had multiple walls, both can bomb slicers. Flipped the normals and ran them through netfabb, the files are half the size. Jazmy is really on to something with these ball joints, very cool. Nice modeling also.
