Robo R1+ Titan/Volcano/BLTouch upgrade

I am upgrading my Robo R1+ to a Duet Maestro and Titan Extruder with Volcano hotend and BLTouch. Here are the models I built for the upgrades. THIS WILL NOT WORK WITH A REGULAR V6 HOTEND!!!! It is designed specifically for the Volcano hotend. I included the .step files so you can modify it as you need. The X idler is modified to allow belt tensioning. I recommend you print the carriage, X idler and X motor mount out of PETG with zero scaling on the same printer with the same filament, even if you don't need all 3 parts. This should make sure everything fits properly and without binding issues. X motor mount and X idler are meant to print vertically, as they are installed. Carriage prints on its left side. Some selective supports are needed for the carriage, but print the X idler and X motor mount w/o supports. This carriage is designed to use 10x15 cable chain. To eliminate the need to extend wiring, the cable chain pivots 180* on the chain mount. The chain mount features a thin layer, which only acts to allow a better print result. Cut the thin wall away once the print is complete, do not leave sharp edges. The X idler and X motor mount eliminate the use of the Z homing switches (since this upgrade uses a BLTouch). You will still need the X homing switch, just use appropriate screws to screw it down. I didn't make pre-positioned holes for that, but it works fine.
