This will remove all of the play in the print head. I had already replaced three of the LM6LUU ball bearings in the existing design when I started this. I use a bronze bushing on each end of the plastic which gives me an equivalent of 55 mm long bearings. The bronze bushings should outlast the life of the printer. The bushings are available from Amazon The PCB mounts with one 3x5 mm socket head screw (optional) and two 3x(10 to 25) mm socket head screws. The board snaps under the plastic near the filament holes. Download the alignment tools from Robo and print them. Align the printer before printing this part, it will increase your accuracy. After reassembling the carriage assembly align to print head making it move freely, this will be more accurate than the alignment tools.
