I recently upgraded to a Geckotek Magnetic Heated bed on my Robo3D printer. This will be a collection of parts I made to streamline the install. Heater Wire routing - I wanted to secure the wiring and keep it tidy. This little bit helped keep the wire clear of everything and keep it on track through the full Y-axis range. Uses a M3x8mm screw to clamp the Wires, and slips over the 8mm Y axis rod. Print in a flexible filament like TPU or nylon. Heater Wiring Quick Connect - 6/20/17 uploaded. I wanted a clean way to disconnect the bed from the machine without requiring complete disassembly. This piece snaps into the back vent grid of the Robo, and houses (2) XT60 connector for plugging in the Heaters power and thermistor connectors. I used 2 colors to avoid a mix up, though the file has an H & T embossed as well. You may have to trim out 1 or 2 of the vent slots if it wasn't done for the factory bed wiring. MosFET Mount Base - I used a common mosfet to switch the power from my second power supply. It is attached using (4) M3x14-16mm screws to hold on the base, and the mosfet is inserted and secured with (4) M3 nylon nuts. The 4 screw heads are barely noticeable at the back half of the case.
