Description This constrains the threaded Z rod so it can't wobble and thereby decreasing Z ribbing, especially when coupled with a Z isolator such as the following.http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1122480 Instructions Requires 2 608zz bearings. 2 M3 socket head bolts (12mm long I think). 2 M3 nyloc nuts. Assembly Print 2 of these. Press fit the bearings (you can use a block of wood and hammer to make sure it's fully inserted). Press fit the nyloc nuts. Insert bolt and semi tighten, it still has to slide onto the smooth rod. Slide onto the smooth rod and adjust so the threaded Z rod is verticle. Tighten the bolt. Print Settings Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Notes: There is no tolerance in the design. You'll need to have your printer accurately calibrated. You can use the XY offset now provided in Slic3r and S3D as I do. 3 perimeters. 2 top/bottom layers.
