This version of the Zprobe can be machined with precision on a CNC machine, utilizing components produced from 3/16-inch flat aluminum stock. Moreover, it's simplicity lends itself easily to assembly via superglue, provided that ABS plastic is chosen over PLA for its superior heat properties. Notably, the hook's positioning allows it to hang from above, facilitating easier operation and eliminating the need for a sloped portion akin to the original V1 design.
