This is a robot shaped dog poop bag holder, use it when you walk your dog and everyone will know how cool and fashionable you are. Don't have a 3D printer? Just want one already printed? buy one at my shop This model is designed for the cheap poop bag rolls I order from China, they are 7cm long and 3cm in diameter, you can scale the model up if your bag rolls are larger. Printing instructions There are two STL files, one for the holder itself and one for the lid. The robot: The body had built-in support so you shouldn't need to add support in your slicer, I printed it in PLA with 1.2mm shell thickness and no infill. The lid: The lid doesn't require any support or infill but you need to print it with a top/bottom shell thickness of more then 1mm so the sides are solid because ... The lid is the wrong size - on purpose. The lid must be a very tight fit, otherwise it would fall off, making it a perfect fit would depend too much on the printer calibration and even the brand of filament so I made it intentionally too wide - you need to sand off the sides until you can easily push it in and out but it doesn't move by itself. The raised part of the lid is too small because: 1. so it wouldn't interfere with the sanding and/or scaling and 2. it's on the bottom so who cares. This model was made in SketchUp Make, fixed in netfabb basic, fixed again in Microsoft 3D Builder and supports were added in Meshmixer. the robot in the picture was sliced with Cura and printed on a Robo3D R1+ Hope you enjoy walking your dog and you don't have to pick up too much poop.
