Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qu_x8T9408U This bionic hand is controlled by an arduino nano V3 and uses 4 15kg servo's to move the index, middel, ring and little finger and 3 9g servo's to rotate the thumb and pull the tumb and the fingers open. This bionic hand it's structure is modelled after my hand so I could make a gel10 mold that would fit snug around it. I originally wanted to integrate some force feedback in the finger tips by using some small pushbuttons but that didn't turn out to well because the wires from the pushbuttons in combination with the gel10 mold caused to much friction in the joints of the fingers and the fingers had to push to hard to activate the pushbuttons. I'm now going to do some tests with currentsensors so I can messure the current going to the servo's and when the current goes above the normal level then the servo's would stop (that's the idea).  Components used: 4 × 15kg Servo'slink: https://www.banggood.com/MG995-High-Torgue-Mental-Gear-Analog-Servo-p-73885.html?rmmds=search&cur_warehouse=CN 1 × 2.54mm Single Row Male Pin Header Strip For Arduinolink: https://www.banggood.com/10-Pcs-40-Pin-2_54mm-Single-Row-Male-Pin-Header-Strip-For-Arduino-p-918427.html?rmmds=search&cur_warehouse=CN 2 × 9g servo'slink: https://www.banggood.com/TowerPro-SG90-Mini-Gear-Micro-Servo-9g-For-RC-Airplane-Helicopter-p-1009914.html?p=E01411629100201406T1&custlinkid=359550 1 × arduino nano V3link: https://www.banggood.com/Geekcreit-ATmega328P-Nano-V3-Module-Improved-Version-With-USB-Cable-Development-Board-For-Arduino-p-933647.html?p=E01411629100201406T1&custlinkid=255135 1 × DC-DC Step Down Adjustable Constant Voltage Current Power Supply Modulelink: https://www.banggood.com/LM2596-DC-DC-Verstellbar-Step-Down-Schaltregler-Power-Supply-Module-p-88252.html?p=E01411629100201406T1&custlinkid=255154 1 × 2S lipo 7.4Vlink: https://www.banggood.com/7_4V-2S-2000mAh-8C-Lipo-Battery-Compatible-for-Frsky-ACCST-Taranis-Q-X7-Transmitter-p-1249125.html?p=E01411629100201406T1&custlinkid=669244 2 × 5mm red LEDlink: https://www.banggood.com/Geekcreit-375pcs-3MM-5MM-LED-Light-Emitting-Diode-Beads-Resistance-Lights-Kits-Bulb-Lamp-p-1027601.html?p=E01411629100201406T1&custlinkid=669272 2 × pushbuttonlink: https://www.banggood.com/100pcs-Mini-Micro-Momentary-Tactile-Tact-Switch-Push-Button-DIP-P4-Normally-Open-p-917570.html?p=E01411629100201406T1&custlinkid=669260 2 × 200 ohm resistorlink: https://www.banggood.com/Wholesale-Geekcreit-600pcs-30-Kinds-Value-1-14W-Metal-Film-Resistor-Assorted-Kit-20pcs-Each-Value-p-53320.html?rmmds=search&cur_warehouse=CN 3 × springs from old pens 1 × 1mm diameter steel rod or similar as shafts for the fingers 1 × nylon wire 1 × somewhat larger spring but less stiff as the springs from the pensthis spring brings the thumb back to it's original position.
