This is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:737707. Seeing the wires around the end effector constantly move during a print made me realize a strain relief was needed. I liked thing 737707, and could easily modified it to fit my RobotDigg 'End effector for Kossel' because the OpenSCAD file was included; kudos for that! Besides to make it fit the end effector, I also changed the part that holds the screws of the clamp, that now uses nuts. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: RepRap Kossel XL Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 200 um Infill: 40% Notes: Filament I used: PETG. I have used Slic3r to slice the model once with, and once without support material. Then the sliced files were combined using KDiff3. In a way that only underneath the clamp holder, support material is used. Not in the holes where the nuts go. See the images. I used Repetier host to see the if the resulting slice file was correctly combined. Post-Printing Insert two M3 nuts in the main part. Mount the main part to end effector using M3 screws and nuts. Use two M3 x 12 mm screws to mount the clamp. Use a tie-wrap to attach the cable to the strain relieve.
