These are self designed high-robustness tank tracks, as shown here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7k2EssDvSpJzkuxH2lgqJQ/videos?view_as=subscriber The tracks themselves should be printed in PETG or PLA. The trackpads are designed to be printed in TPU, and snap into the track links themselves. The links are connected using 3mm pins, which can be found for cheap on aliexpress. You can scale the width of the tracks to your liking, and choose the proper pin lengths for them. The sprockets are designed to fit two MF105ZZ 5mm flanged ball bearings, or can be modified to take a D shaft of your choosing.
