Quick and easy end stop for Chicago Electric rock tumbler. Likely will work with Lortone and the likes as well. It replaces a black plastic petal that is supposed to prevent the drum lid from hitting the frame… Problem is, drums always seem to travel, one way or the other, resulting in quickly wearing out that "petal" and making annoying noises. Steps: 1. Print the thing (supports are needed) 2. Unscrew the petal at the furthest end from the motor 3. Slide the thing on the frame 4. Fasten it with the stock screw 5. Attach a 608 ball bearing (you may need to sand or shim the shaft, depending on how your printer is calibrated) 6. (optional) Secure the bearing with printed washer and M4 or M5 bolt (10-12mm). …Done! If your barrels tend to travel towards the motor, simply prop the motor end slightly (slightly!) up, so they'll be forced towards the bearing.
