A refinement of Rocket #1 is presented, separating the fuselage into two distinct sections: top and bottom halves. This innovative design includes legs and an engine, each printed separately to maximize size efficiency. I have found this model particularly suitable as a Christmas gift and calibration print when transitioning from RepG to Simplify3D. The glow-in-the-dark PLA is truly exceptional, emitting a captivating light while showcasing a smooth translucent appearance that accentuates the texture of the infill. To assemble this impressive model: All parts are intended for unassisted printing. (The bottom half's design functions optimally when flipped upside down.) At 95% scale, the legs should press-fit smoothly. Meanwhile, the engine requires no scaling adjustments, though individual results may vary. Top and bottom sections need to be carefully attached using a suitable adhesive.
