An easy to make housing that holds a standard 20mm lever-type microswitch. Here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Short-Straight-Hinge-Lever-Mini-Micro-Switch-AC-5A-125V-3A-250V-20-x-5mm-E2115/350855793144?epid=1962851861&hash=item51b0a289f8:g:GtoAAOSw9uFW8mIp Or here (Probably better quality): https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/e-switch/MS0850502F020S1A/EG4542-ND/1628279 The switch mounts in the housing with #2 screws and nuts (or metric equivalent - 2 or 2.5mm). A 1/8" diameter pin is inserted in the hole to trigger the switch. Be sure to wire the rocket electronics to the "normally closed" side of the switch - you want the circuit OFF when the pin is inserted. A "Remove Before Flight" flag of some sort on the pin is HIGHLY recommended! PLA should work fine; ABS or PETG will be more durable, of course. Please note: THIS HAS NOT YET BEEN FLIGHT-TESTED, although there are similar designs on the market. Use at your own risk.
