This is a rocket fin can designed to fit a 3 inch tube. The exact dimensions of the tube I designed it for has an OD of 3.1 inches and an ID of 2.9 inches. This is designed to fit a traditional 38mm (1.5") motor mount tube. The 2 larger holes are a loop intended to thread your shock-cord through and the 4 holes on the bottom are to retain the motor with wood screws and washers.
