This is a convergent divergent nozzle mold to be used with sugar and potassium nitrate rockets. The diameter of the end that attaches to the fuel is 1.55 cm in diameter. To mold the nozzle first cut it at its thinnest point and bind it back together with weak glue, shape aluminum foil over the mold. wrap 2 times around then cut it and spread epoxy over it, then wrap aluminum foil 1 time around. Spread epoxy again and repeat until you reach the desired thickness. Wait for the epoxy to dry and then remove both sides that you cut before molding. For a stronger, multi use nozzle add layers in such configuration. Aluminum, copper wire with epoxy, aluminum, epoxy, aluminum, tape with epoxy on top and another layer of aluminum.
