For small children, I highly recommend printing this large using Truespace 5. The optimal settings are 3 shells with 0% infill. My test print measured approximately 120mm high, 155mm wide, and 70mm deep. Though there may be minor holes on the tips, these can easily be filled in post-print with ABS/acetone mixture without the need for a raft. Using ABS (gray) filament, this print is both rapid and solid, preventing any separation cracks on a Replicator 3D printer.
