Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:70494 Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=70494 I upgraded my CNC router with an extruded aluminum table (Misumi 5 series) and some Rockler clamps which are designed for a 5/16" T track. Using customizer and MoonCactus's thing, I was able to print a thumbwheel for M5 bolts to work with my table. I cut the head off a 20mm M5 and attached a slide in tnut with locktite for the post. I print the nut hole tight, put the nut on a long bolt, heat it up and pull it into the plastic. First photo show original thumb wheel and stud on left and M5 modification on right.
