<p>Picked up a Rockler Jig-It tool set for installing BLUM TANDEM soft-close drawer slides.</p><p>My case is MUCH smaller than the over-sized display box it all came in.</p><p>"Fingers" in the cover keep everything in place when closed, regardless of orientation.</p><p>Edit: 2ea 6mm x 3mm (not 2.75mm, thank you knwldg) neodymium magnets hold it closed.</p><p>0.9mm steel wire acts as a hinge. Can be larger if desired.</p><h3>Print Settings</h3><p><strong>Printer:</strong></p><p>AluMaker</p><p><strong>Rafts:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>No</p><p><strong>Supports:</strong></p><p>Yes</p><p><strong>Resolution:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Fine, .15 in Cura</p><p><strong>Infill:</strong></p><p>25%</p><p><strong>Filament:</strong></p><p>eSun is what I used PLA+ is my preference</p><p>Your choice</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Notes:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Orient the cover on the plate as shown.<br>Sliced in Cura</p><p>For Support Everywhere, I used:</p><p>10mm Support Line Distance</p><p>0.3 Support Z Distance</p><p>Be mindful of the "fingers" in the cover when removing Support.</p><p>Base is oriented flat on the plate, profiles up.</p><p>Support Everywhere, standard values, it's just for the drill bit hooks.</p><p>Be mindful when removing that/them as well.</p><h3>Post-Printing</h3><p>The cover hole Support removal will test your skill and patience: don't hack yourself or the cover. :-).</p><p>Drill out the hinge holes in the base and cover to your desired wire size.</p><p>Assemble cover to base, insert hinge wire through one base hinge barrel into the cover hinge barrel until it's flush with the end of the cover hinge barrel, cut the wire flush with the base hinge barrel, dot the outer end with CA, then repeat for the other side.</p><p>Magnets glue(CA) and press into their recesses.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Category: Tool Holders &amp; Boxes</p>
