A brake hose clamp for RockShox Paragon fork. Mine is a Paragon Gold Air, but i suppose other version use the same system. The part clamping the hose is designed for a tight fit on a Shimano BH90 hose, but you could file the area for a looser fit or a different diameter hose. You can use the original screw. Printed on a CR-6SE with a 0.4 nozzle at 0.2 layer height, with 100% infill on a brim. If you want a stronger part print it with the screw hole axis paralel to the bed. I printed it upright since i don't think the extra strength is really necessary, but YMMV. Depending on the orientation/supports you might have to do some deburring/sanding.
