Rod/Pipe Drilling Fixture

A simple fixture for drilling centered holes in round stock. Maximum drill-able hole size is 3/8" . To align this fixture to your drill-press use a 3/8" piece of round stock or 3/8" drill bit, this will give you the most accurate alignment. See photos for reference. Clamping fingers are included for a few different size rods, but i have included the fusion file if you wish to make a custom size. Check out my maker channel on youtube, www.youtube.com/c/makersmic Materials used: (6) m4 x 20mm bolts (6) m4 washers (1) 1/4-20 x 1-3/4" Hex Head bolt (2" bolt could be used) (1) 1/4-20 washer (1) 1/4-20 Wing Nut Assembly is pretty self-explanatory once all of the pieces are printed out. I mounted my assembly on piece of scrap oak i had from a previous project so feel free to mount this on whatever works for your application. Careful with the heat generated by the part you are drilling into and you should be fine.
