09/29/2019 0900 Added new photos. The thing works great. I got 5vDC fans for Raspberry Pi 4 pack (30x7mm design was for 30x10mm), bought some 4pin JST connectors, used some IDE male/male computer pins I had. Bought a dollar store iphone lightning cable (charge only so only two wires) some solder and heat shrink tubing, mounted. Plugs in to the TV usb port so only on when tv is on. Haven't had an over heat yet 5 or six days now. Only down side the fans seem to pulse a little might be tv power, dont care as long as it works. 09/23/2019 Happy first day of fall, happy as in I didn't throw the printer out a double pained window. Man many prints today, added a photo of the Roku Premiere with the two fans, got lucky 4 fan pack raspberry pi (I have octopi) (better yet these are 30mmX7mm, design was for 30x10mm) printed installed the fans, tomorrow I will hack up an old usb cable and run off a usb cell phone charger. I got my mom a Roku Premiere a few months ago since she wanted to cut back on the huge cable bill. This and an HD OTA antenna and keeping her mini box saving $40 a month. She likes to play solitaire on it (to much) or catch up on last nights shows. A few days ago it started warning about overheating (uh-oh). I put a usb fan on it and that helped but it keeps coming back (hard heat wave here around 100 almost everyday). So I came up with this. Two 30x10mm fans to screw in underneath. I will wire the fans to (5vDC) to a usb grnd and vcc on the cable think 1A should be more than enough) And will run the roku off a dual usb 2.1A adapter (have to check the roku's requirements and buy the fans). I printed the one in the photo upside down to speed up the print time. The accuracy of my printer needs some tweaking an when I went back to make adjustments hours later my F360 sketch was so cluttered I decided to start from scratch. I printed the V5, the V2 V4 I have not printed. When I am going to finalize I will go with v2v4 and print upright with the supports being on the fan side to hide them. But this might also be adjusted with a solid base or side screw downs for other mounting options. V2v4 the backside might be to high for the HDMI cable I will adjust as necessary.
