The [Rollease Acmeda ARC Automate cord-lift motors](https://www.rolleaseacmeda.com/docs/default-source/default-document-library/cl-motor_prgm_gl_v29f0d8d91b1e86477b58fff00006709da.pdf?sfvrsn=d1e5e93c_0) -- used, for example, with Roman blinds -- are cylindrical and have an adapter to fit in your particular headrail and anchor it so that the shaft turns but the motor doesn't! You can buy these from Rollease, but usually not as an end-user, and I wasn't sure of the type of the headrail and, in any case, I think you can only buy them in packs of 10 or 100. I had one working example I could use as a template. This works fine, though I did end up printing them at 98% scale to get a good push-fit. I've attached a Prusa gcode file that is at that scale.
