<p>The outside ring can spin or roll like a wheel, and the four inside components roll in place.</p><p>Multiple tolerances included. Choose the one you think best.</p><p>The outer ring is pretty loose at 0.4mm tolerance, but better at 0.2mm for sure. Still pops out if you want it to, and maybe if not, but that's just another way to fidget with it!</p>
